Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a field merchandiser to represent the brand in-store across assigned retail locations in Colorado. You will deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers while performing daily store visits, documenting displays with DMI, and maintaining stock levels via Salesforce on an iPad.

The role emphasizes building relationships with store personnel, implementing promotional displays, and adhering to RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Vail, CO
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; early morning start time

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while staying safe and compliant
