Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking an in-store representative to visit retailers in Renton, WA. You will deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers, execute merchandising plans, and capture display photos using DMI.

Job description

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, and move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves while staying safe and compliant

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Renton, WA
Schedule availability Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, including at least one weekend day
Availability for 5:00–6:00 AM start time
