Job summary

Mondelēz seeks a retail merchandiser to represent the brands in Mesa, AZ, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers. You will perform daily store visits, photograph displays, and maintain stock and promotional setups.

Utilize Salesforce on an iPad to place orders and ensure adherence to store plans. You will build relationships with store staff, handle product movement, and support launches and events while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations.

Job description

Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic brands and owner of the biscuit aisle

Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers

Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI

Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel

Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions

Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans

Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM

Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team

Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves

Follow safety and compliance practices while lifting, bending, and moving product

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Mesa, AZ
• Open availability including at least one weekend day and holidays as needed
• 5:00-6:00 AM start time
