Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and staff.
• Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure planogram compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules and priorities for efficient retail coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and management.
• Safely lift and move products from stock to shelves.

• Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of its iconic snack brands and owner of the biscuit aisle
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient retail coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Open schedule availability and 1 weekend day
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location, Milford, OH
• Start time of 06:00 AM
