Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

• Previous customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests and program participants in the branch and over the phone.
• Interview and tour prospective members; sell memberships.
• Build relationships with members and help them connect with the YMCA.
• Handle and resolve membership concerns; inform supervisor of issues.
• Apply YMCA policies related to member services.
