Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with BSA/OFAC compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications and documentation.
• Process loans, deposits, and withdrawals with accuracy.
• Open and close accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
• Perform notary services if required and participate in NMLS as needed.
• Provide excellent member service and cross-sell banking products when appropriate.
