Ohana Growth Partners operates Planet Fitness clubs and is seeking a Service Desk Associate for part-time work at our Monroe, WA location. You will provide excellent customer service, manage membership sales, and maintain a clean, welcoming facility.

Responsibilities include greeting members, handling inquiries, processing memberships, operating the POS system, and supporting team members. A strong, positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Prior cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Aufgaben

• Greet members and guests on arrival and farewell.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle complaints from members and guests.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Keep front desk and workspace organized and clean.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and assist staff accordingly.
• Complete club walk-around every 20 minutes and follow checklists.
