Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• One year or more of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service at the Member Services Desk.
• Process membership sales, changes, cancellations, and registrations.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members and guests.
• Handle monetary transactions with accurate reconciliation.
• Build relationships with members and proactively resolve problems.
• Maintain up-to-date member information per handbook.
