The YMCA in St. Marys, OH is seeking a Part Time Non-Exempt Member Services assistant. The role involves delivering excellent member service at the Member Services Desk, handling membership sales and transactions, conducting tours for prospective members, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED. We offer a welcoming environment and opportunities to engage with the community, with additional hours available as needed, particularly Mondays and Thursdays.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more of related customer service experience required.
• A 2-year degree or applicable experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent member service at the Member Services Desk.
• Performs membership sales, changes, cancellations, and all other member transactions, including program registration.
• Conducts facility tours for prospective members and guests.
• Handles monetary transactions with appropriate reconciliation.
• Maintains up-to-date member information and follows safety guidelines.
