Job summary

The YMCA in St. Marys, OH is seeking a Part Time Non-Exempt Member Services assistant. The role involves delivering excellent member service at the Member Services Desk, handling membership sales and transactions, conducting tours for prospective members, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs membership sales, changes, cancellations, and all other member transactions, including program registration.
• Conducts facility tours for prospective members and guests.
• Handles monetary transactions with appropriate reconciliation.
• Maintains up-to-date member information and follows safety guidelines.
