Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all Members and service providers.
• Explain products and services to Members and cross-sell RCU products and services.
• Balance cash, balance checks, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform branch opening and closing duties; complete orders for forms and supplies.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in committees.
