Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Service Associate (24–25 hours/week) to deliver exceptional member service, balance cash, and cross-sell credit union products. The role requires a friendly face at the branch, responsible for transactions, product referrals, and teamwork within a rotating schedule, including Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, retail or cash-handling experience, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Balance cash accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Effectively cross-sell products and services based on member needs.
• Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with diverse members.
• Work rotating Saturdays and learn new products and processes.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with members and colleagues.
• Operate office equipment and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and cross-sell RCU products.
• Complete member transactions accurately and balance cash.
• Attend departmental meetings and support branch opening/closing duties.
• Process requests and assist committees as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
