Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Service Associate (24 to 25 hours per week) to deliver exceptional member service, handle routine teller tasks, and cross-sell financial products. The role requires balancing cash and processing transactions accurately while representing the credit union in the community.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in retail sales or cash handling, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Retail sales and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs and cross-sell RCU products.
• Balance cash, checks, and complete transactions accurately.
• Attend and contribute to departmental meetings and perform branch opening/closing duties.
