Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and at least six months of retail sales and cash handling experience.
• Ability to count and balance cash accurately.
• Ability to cross-sell products using a needs-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and handle routine teller tasks.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Balance cash and complete transactions following policy.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and support branch operations.
• Collaborate with team and participate in committees as needed.
