Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative in Montgomery County, PA. Weekends required with shifts 7am-3pm Sat/Sun and 5pm-9pm Wed/Thu, totaling about 24 hours per week.

Starting at 15 USD/hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after year one, based on anniversary dates. PTO, EAP, and Free Black Card Membership are included.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
