Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Memphis, TN, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for part-time shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays-Wednesdays. Starting at $12 per hour, with scheduled weekend hours and anniversary-based increases.

You will greet members, handle sign-ups, answer questions, process purchases, promote PE@PF classes, and keep the club clean and welcoming. National Fitness Partners is the largest Planet Fitness franchise, serving over a million members across 200+ clubs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
