Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to help transform lives through affordable fitness. The role includes answering phones, greeting members, signing up new members, logging amenities, and assisting with POS transactions.

You will promote fitness classes and maintain a clean, safe club environment to deliver a welcoming experience. Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at defined milestones after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, professional service.
• Ability to greet members and log amenities in a courteous manner.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
