Job summary

National Fitness Partners is recruiting a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at our Smyrna location to support Planet Fitness members and guests. You’ll handle phones, greet members, sign up new joiners, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday nights. Benefits include PTO and employee relationships within a growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required for front-line member interactions.
• Strong communication and friendly phone etiquette.
• Ability to process sales and sign up new members using the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
