Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the United States. Starting pay is $12 per hour, with full-time hours and schedules including Week A and Week B shifts. Hourly increases occur at set intervals after the first year.

The role focuses on member service, sign-ups, and promoting fitness classes while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and professional communication.
• Ability to greet and sign up new members.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
