National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members in the evenings and weekends. You will answer phones, greet and sign up new members, log amenities, and assist with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist members professionally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with a friendly, information-scripted approach.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and conduct club tours.
• Log amenities and assist with member requests in a timely manner.
• Respond to questions and concerns professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary club environment.
