Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Lancaster, PA area. Starting wage is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months based on anniversary date.

You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, process POS transactions, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe club environment. We offer growth opportunities, PTO for all employees, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free employee Black

Qualifications

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
