Job summary

Planet Fitness in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support a Judgement Free club experience. You will greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS while promoting fitness classes.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter based on anniversary date. Must be 18+, with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
