Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cash-handling experience or experience as a teller/MSR in a credit union or related field.
• Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform member transactions and analyze requests to determine financial needs.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Assist Branch Manager in delinquency and negative shares control.
• Process new accounts, verify identity and eligibility.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Handle inquiries, process checks, mail, and ATM transactions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
