Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cash-handling experience.
• Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform member transactions and cross-sell products/services.
• Assist Branch Manager in controlling delinquency and negative shares.
• Process new accounts, verify identity and eligibility.
• Reconcile and balance cash drawer; report discrepancies.
• Assist with member inquiries and general questions.
• Process checks, mail, night depository and ATM transactions.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as assigned.
• Assist in branch collection and negative shares process.
