Job summary

Partners 1st Federal Credit Union in New Haven, IN is seeking a part-time member service associate to accurately process financial transactions in person, by phone, or at the drive-thru and provide friendly, confidential assistance.

The role focuses on accurate cash handling, problem solving, and cross-selling credit union services to help members and the branch meet goals, with a schedule of Mon-Tues 1:15pm-6:15pm, Thu-Fri 1:15pm-6:15pm, Sat 8:45am-12:15pm, and Wed Off.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handles initial contact with members in person or by phone to enhance service quality.
• Balances cash drawer daily and reports discrepancies.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers members to appropriate staff.
• Provides friendly, confidential assistance to members and colleagues to meet branch goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
