You will respond to member needs, promote memberships and programs, and maintain a welcoming environment while supporting registration and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Responds to member and guest needs and promotes memberships and programs.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the facility and supports membership sales and renewals.
• Provides administrative support for membership and programs to create an optimal guest experience.
• Assists in organizing membership events and represents the YMCA at community events as needed.
