Texas Trust Credit Union is seeking a Member Advocate I for a part-time role in our local branch. The position supports members with transactions, banking guidance, and friendly service, totaling 20 hours per week.

You will build trust, identify efficient multi-channel solutions, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill member needs while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Formación

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Minimum of 1 year teller/CSR experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with everyday transactions and greet members.
• Build rapport and personalize interactions using member names.
• Present member-focused solutions to deepen relationships in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Educate members on online and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
• Identify and report potential fraud or security issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
