• Present member-focused solutions to deepen relationships in person, by phone and in writing.
• Educate members on banking options and multi-channel solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
• Identify and take appropriate actions to prevent fraud or losses.
• Support extended member financial needs by transitioning to other areas when needed.
