Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year teller/CSR experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate multiple computer systems efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized self-starter who can work independently.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Professional written and verbal communications.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and sit/stand as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a member experience that makes them feel welcomed and personalize interactions.
• Exceed member expectations within policies and regulations while building relationships.
• Engage with members and present member-focused solutions across channels.
• Transition members to other areas to meet extended financial needs.
• Educate members on online and mobile banking conveniences.
• Collaborate with other departments to satisfy member requests.
• Be flexible to assist in other lines of business as needed.
• Identify fraud risks and take preventive actions.
• Promote our Yes And culture in daily work.
• Comply with regulations and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
