Texas Trust Credit Union in Texas seeks a Member Advocate I to help people and make an impact in our members' lives. You will assist with everyday transactions, build rapport, and welcome members into the Texas Trust family.

Join a team that personalizes every interaction, uses multi-channel solutions including online and mobile banking, and educates members on convenient banking options. You will collaborate across departments to meet member requests and identify fraud when needed.

Formación

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous teller/CSR experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Create a member experience that makes them feel welcomed.
• Find ways to exceed member expectations with policies and regulatory requirements while building relationships.
• Utilize service skills to engage with members and present member-focused solutions.
• Educate members on online and mobile banking.
• Identify fraud and take appropriate action to prevent losses.
• Comply with established regulations and law requirements.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
