Job summary

Texas Trust Credit Union in Arlington, TX is seeking a Part-Time Member Advocate I to assist with everyday transactions and tailor guidance to our members’ financial needs.

The role emphasizes personalized service, educating members on online and mobile banking, and collaborating across departments to fulfill requests. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous teller/CSR experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate multiple computer systems efficiently.

• Initiate a warm transition to other areas of business to take care of extended member financial needs.
• Educate members on ways to do their banking conveniently through multi-channel solutions including online and mobile banking.
• Proactively collaborate with other departments to satisfy all member requests.
• Be flexible and willing to assist in other lines of business as requested.
• Ability to identify fraud and take appropriate action to prevent losses.
• Presents a helpful and positive attitude, focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative environment at all times.

• Comply with established regulations and law requirements.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Role Responsibilities

Our Member Advocate I helps people and are committed to making an impact in our member’s lives. They focus on brighter paths by providing advice tailored to suit our member’s financial needs. This is a Part-Time position, great for those in school, and/or family needs. This position will work 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of retail experience;
• Minimum of 1 year of previous teller/CSR experience preferred.
