• Utilize exceptional service skills to engage with members, and present member focused solutions to deepen relationships in person, by phone and through written communication.
• Initiate a warm transition to other areas of business to take care of extended member financial needs.
• Educate members on ways to do their banking conveniently through multi-channel solutions including online and mobile banking.
• Proactively collaborate with other departments to satisfy all member requests.
• Be flexible and willing to assist in other lines of business as requested.
• Ability to identify fraud and take appropriate action to prevent losses.
• Presents a helpful and positive attitude, focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative environment at all times.
• Practices and brings to life with the team our “Yes And… culture;"
• Comply with established regulations and law requirements.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
