Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the facility and refer to the proper department.
• Give guided tours to prospective members.
• Answer phones and assist at the front desk.
• Assist in membership recruitment and retention.
• Register members into programs and memberships.
• Help maintain front desk operations and overall facility cleanliness.
