• Conduct CAUSE Driven tours for prospective members.
• Adhere to shift procedures.
• Sign up new members and renew memberships.
• Send thank you cards to new members.
• Process and deliver membership cards.
• Ensure accurate communication of membership information.
• Enroll people for programs.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Handle issues in a positive manner.
• Use Engage Software to meet departmental goals.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Be kind and courteous to all approaching the front desk.
• Answer phones.
