Job summary

Stateline Family YMCA is seeking a Membership Engagement Specialist to deliver excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment for members and guests. The role includes supervising a membership team and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

This part-time position involves opening shifts from 4:45am–8:00am and one required weekend per month, with a pay range of $14–$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or membership services is preferred.
• Able to enforce building rules and policies tactfully.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks.
