Job summary

Truity Credit Union seeks a member-focused professional to deliver prompt service for deposits and consumer lending. You will assist in account openings, loan processing, and daily member inquiries, balancing excellent service with regulatory compliance.

You'll advise on account management, support card programs, and help in the Contact Center as needed. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred; bilingual support is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and member service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service for deposit and consumer lending needs.
• Originate and process consumer loans within authority.
• Assist members with account openings, transactions, and card requests.
• Advise on account management, balances, and fraud prevention.
• Support Spanish-speaking members when applicable and assist in Contact Center as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality.
