Job summary

Addition Financial is seeking a part-time Relationship Advisor I at East Orlando to assist members with everyday banking needs, open accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and promote digital tools and services. This role emphasizes service, accuracy, and building trusted relationships in person, over the phone, or online.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer-service experience, and a willingness to learn about our products. On-site work with a benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service or financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to learn financial products and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Access member accounts and provide information based on needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Research transaction history and provide insights to members.
• Establish and maintain advisory relationships with members.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for services and products.
• Open new accounts and certificates; provide courteous service.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform outbound calls to deepen member relationships.
• Balance and cash handling adherence; follow procedures.
