Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to learn banking products and services for cross-selling.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle member calls to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.
• Meet sales and quality goals with coaching from management.
• Use lending policies and systems to enter loan information.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, promotions and services.
• Participate in training and online learning resources.
