You will engage members, promote financial products, and handle transactions while delivering exceptional service. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a sales or member service role with cash handling experience.
• Strong service mindset and willingness to learn and teach others.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication; able to engage with diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong member relationships and promote credit union products and services.
• Deliver exceptional member experience with personalized service.
• Pursue membership and deposit growth through proactive engagement.
• Handle deposits, transfers, withdrawals and other account transactions.
• Collaborate with branch operations and support daily tasks including opening/closing procedures.
