Qualifications

• 1+ year in a sale or member service role with cash handling.
• Strong service mindset and willingness to learn and teach others.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships to understand members' financial needs and promote products.
• Deliver exceptional member experience with personalized service.
• Identify opportunities to grow membership and deposits.
• Prevent fraud and reduce losses while maintaining efficiency.
• Balance teller duties with platform services as needed.
• Assist with branch opening/closing and resolve teller outages.
