Addition Financial invites you to join our team in Kissimmee as a Part-Time Relationship Advisor at The Loop. You will engage with members in person, over the phone, and online to promote financial products and education, while delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships.

The role emphasizes member outreach, deposits growth, and responsible branch support. It requires weekend availability (Saturdays) and 24–32 hours per week, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sale/ or member service role and cash handling experience.
• Genuine willingness to learn, improve and teach others.
• Proficiency in accurately processing transactions and requests.
• Strong communication skills with courtesy and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to understand their financial needs and promote credit union products.
• Deliver exceptional member experience with personalized service.
• Identify opportunities to expand membership and deposits.
• Balance teller line and platform services based on member demand.
• Assist with branch opening/closing and resolving teller outages.
