Eastside Skin & Laser, a practice partner of Together Women's Health, seeks a part-time Medical Spa Receptionist. You will be the first face clients see, setting a calm, polished tone and handling calls, scheduling, payments, and front-desk duties across locations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in client-facing roles, strong communication, and attention to detail. You’ll support providers and estheticians across locations and uphold a welcoming environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in a salon, spa, medical office, or other client-facing role.
• Computer scheduling software experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Professional, friendly phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Aufgaben

• Greet every client with a warm smile, whether in person or on the phone
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations, treatments, and laser appointments across our locations
• Check clients in and out, collect payment, and process memberships, packages, and retail purchases
• Answer calls and emails, and respond to client questions about services, pricing, and aftercare
• Keep the front desk and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the providers and estheticians by keeping treatment rooms and schedules running smoothly
