Laser Skin & Wellness in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service in a fast-paced medical spa. You will manage scheduling, check-in/out, and EMR data entry (Nextech preferred), ensuring a seamless patient experience and smooth front desk operations.

This on-site role requires a professional demeanor, strong customer service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2 years high end customer service experience.
• 1 year medical aesthetics experience.
• EMR experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must have positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides excellent customer service to clients in-person, over the phone and via messages.
• Educates clients on Laser Skin & Wellness services, products and treatment options.
• Exudes a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced medical aesthetic center.
• Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience.
• Answers and screens calls, schedules appointments, and relays messages to staff.
• Monitors voicemails, emails, and texts throughout the day.
• Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling follow ups.
• Intelligent booking using EMR software, preferably Nextech.
• Prepares medical documents for patients through EMR.
• Stays calm under pressure and finds quick solutions to issues.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of spa areas and front desk.

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist who wants to work in a well-established medical spa clinic. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our medical professionals in delivering top-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Educates clients on Laser Skin and Wellness services, products and treatment options
• Exudes positive attitude while working in a fast-paced medical aesthetic center

• Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery to proper staff member
• Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day
• Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling all follow up visits
• Intelligent booking using EMR software, preferably Nextech
• Preparing proper medical documents for patients through EMR
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues
• Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, treatment rooms, lobby, front desk and back of house

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years high end customer service experience.
• 1 year medical aesthetics experience.
• EMR experience

• Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings and/or holidays.
