Job summary

Laser Skin & Wellness in Florida is seeking a professional Medical Receptionist to support our medical spa team. You will greet clients, manage scheduling, and assist clinicians with patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include educating clients on services, handling calls and communications, and maintaining EMR records. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, organization, and professionalism in a dynamic wellness setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years high end customer service experience.
• 1 year medical aesthetics experience.
• EMR experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must have positive attitude.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone and via text/email inquiries.
• Educates clients on Laser Skin and Wellness services, products and treatment options.
• Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced medical aesthetic center.
• Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience.
• Answers and screens calls, schedules appointments, and routes messages.
• Monitors voicemail, emails and texts throughout the day.
• Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling follow-up visits.
• Intelligent booking using EMR software, preferably Nextech.
• Prepares proper medical documents for patients through EMR.
• Stays calm under pressure and resolves issues efficiently.
• Ensures cleanliness and appearance of spa areas including treatment rooms and front desk.

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist who wants to work in a well-established medical spa clinic. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our medical professionals in delivering top-quality patient care.

• Preparing proper medical documents for patients through EMR
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues
• Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, treatment rooms, lobby, front desk and back of house

Qualifications and Skills
