Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Warm, outgoing, and professional communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling, and computer programs.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in medical aesthetics or skincare is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every patient.
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting information, processing payments, and maintaining records.
• Answer calls, respond to voicemails, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain clean, organized reception and treatment areas.
• Prepare patient charts and assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service.
• Develop familiarity with our aesthetic treatments to confidently assist patients.
