Eastside Skin & Laser, a practice partner of Together Women's Health, seeks a part-time Medical Spa Receptionist. You will be the first face clients see, setting a calm, polished tone and handling calls, scheduling, payments, and front-desk duties across locations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in client-facing roles, strong communication, and attention to detail. You’ll support providers and estheticians across locations and uphold a welcoming environment.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in a salon, spa, medical office, or other client-facing role.
• Computer scheduling software experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Professional, friendly phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Overview

Eastside Skin & Laser, a practice partner of Together Women's Health, is looking for a part-time Medical Spa Receptionist to join our team. You'll be the first person clients see and hear from, and you'll set the tone for a calm, polished, and welcoming experience. Our clients come to us to feel confident in their skin, so we're looking for someone who is warm, attentive, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Qualifications
