Trinity Health is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist I to serve as the first contact for external customers in the Chelsea, MI office. You will greet patients, collect information, verify insurance, and route requests to the billing staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate service billing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and assist with needs.

• Prepare charts and notify clinical staff of patient arrival.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and manage the daily work queue.
• Process patient forms and postings to billing system.
• Support refugee patient populations with intake and language assistance if needed.
