Golden State Orthopedics and Spine is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Watsonville, CA. You will register patients, collect co-pays, coordinate scheduling, and ensure smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience at a medical practice preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accurately register patients by collecting required data and processing insurance info.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, surgery deposits, and payments.
• Schedule appointments with correct physician.
• Obtain authorizations, interpreters, or transportation as needed.
• Respond to front desk alert notes and maintain daily paperwork.
• Scan IDs, insurance cards, and required documents.
