Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Glendale, AZ is seeking a donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform vital signs, record results, and help ensure safety and quality during every shift.

The role requires a high school diploma, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
