Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk 4–6 hours per shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and returning donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and support changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
